Your responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners and scrum teams to define and guide solution architecture decisions
- Lead cross-functional discussions on technical and business challenges in Marketing Operations
- Document solution architecture with precision, including data models, code samples, diagrams, and flowcharts
- Define and promote architecture strategies, processes, and methodologies across teams
- Work with scrum teams to implement, test, and validate solutions according to QA standards
- Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with stakeholders across the organization
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and contribute to continuous improvement
Our requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript)
- Strong understanding of data architecture, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and integration tools (MC Connector)
- Business process knowledge in sales and marketing
- Higher education (preferably in Computer Science or IT)
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Very good command of English, enabling work in an international environment
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
Optional
- Experience with SSJS, Salesforce Data Cloud, Interaction Studio
