Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a German Speaking B2B Sales Representative to work in Poland, with all relocation expenses paid. This position is perfect for driven individuals who are fluent in German and have a strong background in B2B sales. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships while promoting our client's exceptional products and services in the dynamic Polish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve service delivery to clients.
- Attend training and development sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role is essential.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage accounts successfully.
- Willingness to relocate to Poland for this position.
- Capability to adapt to working in a multicultural environment with diverse clients.
- 2+ years of sales experience and/or business to business (B2B) sales experience
