You'll be part of a skilled team enhancing the IRIS application, a key regulatory platform supporting Fixed Income products. Your role will involve developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end code, closely collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of a streamlined, responsive application. This is an exciting opportunity to engage in projects involving the latest in front-end tech and back-end integration within a highly dynamic industry. Join us, and help shape the future of seamless digital solutions The first 3-5 months there will be late hours from 2:00 / 3:00 p.m till 10:00 / 11:00 p.m - full remote from Poland. After those times there will be normal morning / standard business working hours with 8 days per month from Cracow. responsibilities : Developing robust front-end and back-end code for IRIS in line with industry standards Supporting new requirements and resolving bugs, ensuring quality and reliability Consulting with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with their needs Collaborating with cross-functional teams to map requirements and manage delivery timelines Performing code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring other developers Utilizing and improving monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus Implementing automation through DevOps and CI/CD pipelines like TeamCity and Jenkins Conducting research on best practices in tech and business processes to support stakeholders Providing risk assessment and mitigation strategies to support project delivery Offering application support for U.S.-based Sales during specified hours requirements-expected : At least 5 years of Java development experience as both a contributor and team leader Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, and ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Experience with modern UI frameworks like React or Angular Familiarity with message-driven architecture (JMS, IBM MQ, Artemis, Solace) Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence) Knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools such as Grafana and Kibana Strong skills in Git and sophisticated knowledge of version control Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills Proven experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments offered : Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditions Enhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industry Work on the most strategic projects available in the market Define your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several years Participate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environment Access to attractive Medical Package Access to Multisport Program Access to Pluralsight Flexible hours benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care flexible working time fruits integration events corporate gym mobile phone available for private use computer available for private use saving & investment scheme no dress code coffee / tea drinks christmas gifts birthday celebration sharing the costs of a streaming platform subscription access to +100 projects access to Pluralsight
