As a Data Scientist with GenAI focus at Sii, you'll work hand in hand with engineering teams to design, prototype, and scale innovative AI solutions that transform developer workflows. Your responsibilities Design, prototype, and implement GenAI-powered solutions supporting developer workflows such as CI/CD, IDE extensions, automation, and documentation Develop and deploy AI tools, APIs, and plugins that accelerate engineering productivity and efficiency Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations to provide contextual developer assistance Evaluate and integrate LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, GitHub Copilot) into enterprise environments Automate workflows using GenAI-driven scripts, bots, and pipelines to enhance the developer experience Collaborate with security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure safe and responsible use of AI Collect and analyze metrics on developer productivity, measuring impact and continuously improving implemented solutions Our requirements At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer productivity roles Hands-on expertise in implementing GenAI solutions in enterprise or production environments Strong proficiency in Python (with additional experience in Go or Node.js as a plus) Solid understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and containerized environments Experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases Familiarity with developer workflows, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and modern tooling ecosystems Very good command of English (min.
