Opis projektu:
- Długoterminowy projekt dla dużej sieci retailowej.
Zakres obowiązków:
- Liderowanie i mentoring zespołu DevOps, zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego oraz rozwój kompetencji członków zespołu;
- Definiowanie kierunku rozwoju, projektowanie, wdrażanie i optymalizacja infrastruktury chmurowej (AWS, Azure);
- Automatyzacja procesów CI/CD, zarządzanie narzędziami takimi jak GitHu;
- Wdrażanie i zarządzanie narzędziami do monitorowania i logowania (np. Grafana, ELK Stack);
- Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi w celu zapewnienia wysokiej dostępności, skalowalności i bezpieczeństwa systemów;
- Optymalizacja kosztów infrastruktury chmurowej;
- Wdrażanie najlepszych praktyk DevOps, takich jak Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), zarządzanie konfiguracją (Ansible) oraz konteneryzacja (Docker, Kubernetes).
Wymagania:
- Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w obszarze DevOps, w tym 2 lata na stanowisku Tech Lead/Team Lead;
- Zaawansowana znajomość chmury publicznej (AWS) oraz usług związanych z infrastrukturą, siecią i bezpieczeństwem;
- Doświadczenie w liderowaniu zespołem technicznym;
- Znajomość narzędzi do automatyzacji CI/CD oraz zarządzania infrastrukturą jako kod (Terraform);
- Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu konteneryzacji i orkiestracji (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Znajomość systemów monitorowania i logowania (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack);
- Umiejętność pracy w środowisku Agile/Scrum;
- Doskonała znajomość systemów Linux/Unix;
- Znajomość języków skryptowych (Python, Bash, PowerShell);
- Doświadczenie w optymalizacji kosztów chmury;
- Certyfikaty chmurowe (np. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer) będą dodatkowym atutem;
- Komunikatywność, umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz zdolność do przekazywania wiedzy.
