Project Coordinator

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and task delegation.
- Project coordination for different teams (building and tracking project plans)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and task delegation.
- Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Keep all relevant parties informed about the project's progress.
- Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time. Implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and project-related communication.
- Prepare reports and presentations. 
- Support the Marketing team in campaign-related activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Law, etc. International University is a plus.
- Fluent in English (C2) - verbal and written. Other languages would be a plus. 
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination positions, ideally working with international teams.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with high level of accountability and attention to detail (excellence).
- Human Capital or consulting sector experience is a plus but not a must-have requirement.
