Data Engineer with Snowflake and DBT – pharmaceutical industry Miejsce pracy: Wrocław Technologies we use Expected Data Built Tool Snowflake ETL SQL Talend Google Cloud Platform Optional Python Microsoft Azure AWS About the project We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our project for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies. In this role, you will work closely with AI scientists and data analysts to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and systems that support clinical and operational data use cases. Your responsibilities Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines and systems Building efficient data pipelines that handle large amounts of data in real-time Working collaboratively with AI scientists and data analysts to gather and analyze business requirements and ensure data solutions align with business needs Developing and maintaining data warehouse and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity Implementing data security, data privacy, and compliance measures Performing data analysis, troubleshooting data issues, and providing technical support to end-users Continuously monitoring and optimizing data pipelines and systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability Our requirements At least 5 years of experience with a programming language focused on data pipelines Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake's SQL syntax and capabilities Technical expertise with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes (Data Vault) Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data requirements Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in a cloud-based environment Excellent communication skills in Polish and English to collaborate with stakeholders and team members What we offer Great Place to Work since 2015 - it's thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People Recruitment stages Send your CV Talk to us about your expectations Learn more about our projects and choose the best Start your adventure with Sii Sii Sp. z o.o.
