This role offers a chance to shape scalable data solutions that support enterprise-wide reporting and operational excellence, pushing the boundaries of data-driven innovation. Your responsibilities Develop and implement data standards and metadata frameworks to ensure data consistency and usability. Design scalable data models and create detailed flow diagrams for efficient data processing. Lead the construction and orchestration of complex data pipelines to support real-time and batch processing. Serve as a key data subject matter expert for testers, developers, and business users. Analyze functional and business requirements to translate them into effective technical solutions. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify insights, trends, and connections. Create comprehensive documentation and processes to optimize data operations. Support activities related to data lineage, protection, quality, and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and implement data strategies. Enable seamless data integration from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Our requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL and Python programming. Strong background in designing and documenting complex data structures. Familiarity with data lineage, data quality, data protection, and governance practices. Proven experience in building and orchestrating data pipelines. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to analyze data deeply and derive actionable insights. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Strong skills in translating business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of data integration concepts. Track record of collaboration with testers, developers, and business stakeholders. Polish: Fluent English: Fluent Optional Understanding of IT infrastructure or business architecture. Experience within large or matrix organizations. Familiarity with data governance tools like Collibra, Erwin, or Dataplex. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
