Are you an experienced Technical QA Tester looking for a new challenge in the mobile game development industry? We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical QA Tester with expertise in Unity and backend development to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our games. In this position, you will work closely with developers, designers, and production teams to identify and resolve issues, improve testing processes, and contribute to delivering top-notch gaming experiences.

This role will report to the Head of Production. This is a full-time, in-office position based in the iconic railway station building in Krakow.

- 2+ years of experience in QA testing, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and software development processes.
- Experience with mobile game testing (iOS and Android platforms).
- Solid experience with Unity game engine and debugging tools.
- Basic understanding of backend development and ability to test server-side functionality.
- Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to testing.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL/MySQL for database validation.
- English B2 or higher (spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

- Experience with F2P mobile games.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
