Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic  PR & Social Media Specialist  to join our growing marketing team and enhance our brand's visibility, reputation, and engagement across media outlets and social media. You will be responsible for driving the PR strategy, building relationships with media and managing our social media presence to engage with our audience and elevate our brand. Responsibilities: Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen brand visibility and reputation. Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry experts. Draft press releases, media pitches, and articles to secure coverage in relevant publications. Manage crisis communication plans and execute swift responses to maintain brand reputation. Track, measure and report on media coverage and PR campaign performance. Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand voice and business goals. Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments, questions, and brand mentions. Track social media performance through analytics and use insights to improve engagement and reach. Work with the design team to create visually compelling social media graphics and campaign materials. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep our PR and social media strategies relevant. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in PR and social media management, in the tech or SaaS industry. Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills. Proven ability to secure media placements and build relationships with media outlets. Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on PR and social media KPIs. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
