Your responsibilities Build and maintain robust, high-performance ML infrastructure capable of supporting real-time operations at scale. Continuously evaluate and improve ML serving systems to ensure maximum reliability and uptime. Investigate and adopt new technologies and approaches in machine learning deployment and serving. Create experimental prototypes and proof-of-concept architectures to test innovative ML solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, MLOps, and platform teams, to deliver effective solutions. Support and mentor less-experienced engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Thrive in a dynamic environment, quickly diagnosing issues and implementing reliable solutions. Our requirements 5 years of professional experience in the area of Machine Learning. Experience in machine learning, data mining, and analytics, with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and ETL workflows. Experience with big data tools, and widely used ML libraries and frameworks (such as MapReduce, Spark, Flink, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spark ML). Proven experience building and maintaining high-performance distributed systems optimized for low latency and high throughput. Designing and deploying machine learning serving systems, including system architecture, real-time monitoring and alerting, and distributed caching solutions (such as Redis or Aerospike). Experience with testing and deployment strategies (such as A/B testing, canary releases, and blue-green deployments). Experience working with Kafka, Docker or Kubernetes. Extensive programming experience in Python, Go, or other OOP languages. Master's degree/PhD in a technical field. Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Optional Familiarity with additional technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React. Experience working with AWS cloud, Grafana, Prometheus, and real-time bidding (RTB) ecosystem. Knowledge of Seldon, Triton, ONNX, ONCL, TensorRT.
