IT Internship

- You will get dedicated training about IAM processes and tools
- Supporting our team with incident management, troubleshooting access-related problems, and documentation of new support cases
- Utilize tools such as Active Directory, Identity Management Platform, SQL DataBase, PowerShell, SAP
- Gain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cyber Security
- Assist with bug and issue resolution,
- Collaborate with qualified IAM/ SQL/ Security Specialists

Requirements:

- Availability min 30h per week
- Work from an office in Warsaw 6 days a month
- Willingness to learn general IT know how
- Familiarity with IAM processes, Active Directory
- Knowledge of Databases (one of the systems: SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Proficiency in English language

Nice to have:

- Experience in customer service
- German language skills
