Industry: RegTech Summary: The Workday Consultant will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of Workday solutions within international companies. The role focuses on ensuring that Workday aligns with business needs through effective management of project lifecycles and stakeholder communications. Main Responsibilities: Lead or support the full project lifecycle: planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Implement Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, compensation, and more. Manage stakeholder communications effectively with executives, HR, and IT teams. Ensure smooth adoption of Workday by conducting change management and training sessions. Map business requirements to Workday capabilities and suggest best practices. Key Requirements: Proven track record of Workday implementations in international companies. Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, payroll, and other relevant modules. Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, security, and business process framework. Experience with Workday integrations, particularly payroll. Ability to lead complete project lifecycles including data migration. Skills in stakeholder management and effective communication. Strong understanding of HR processes.
