Our engineering team is transforming legacy systems into modern, cloud-native applications using technologies like Azure, Kafka, and Snowflake. Your responsibilities Design and develop backend services in Java and frontend components in React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable financial software. Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality development. Troubleshoot and support mission-critical client implementations. Work with technologies including Azure, Kafka, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Microservices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Our requirements 4–8 years of Java development experience (FinTech experience preferred). Strong React and front-end development skills. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus). Proficiency in SQL and relational databases. Familiarity with Kafka, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Tomcat is a strong asset. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
