Position Overview: Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and map them to Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities (Sales module and selected marketing components). Design and recommend solutions supporting Dealer Performance Management processes. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and consultations with business users. Configure the system and prepare functional and process documentation. Support UAT execution and solution rollout. Provide advisory on best practices and development opportunities within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong knowledge of the Sales and Customer Service modules, as well as other functionalities within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Experience in implementation projects involving configuration and optimization of business processes. Broad understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other applications. Ability to conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into system solutions. Fluent English, both spoken and written.
