If you want a stable project, clear responsibilities, and a fully remote setup, this role is for you. Key responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead workshops and ensure smooth communication between business teams and the development team. Support developers and testers during refinement, development, and UAT. Map and improve existing processes to increase clarity and efficiency. Maintain project documentation and ensure solutions meet business and technical goals. Ideal candidate profile Some years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product development. Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and communication. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Ability to run workshops, structure complex information, and explain concepts clearly. Experience in media, telecom, e-commerce, or other content-driven industries is an advantage. Comfortable working in long-term projects with many stakeholders.
