Who is the Product Manager at XTB? You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company. The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction. You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team. You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market. You cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team. You are proficient in the world of metrics, justify your decisions with numbers and facts, and avoid "I think" statements. What We're Looking For: 5 years product management experience with 3 years specifically in payments/fintech. Deep technical knowledge - Understanding of payment rails (bank transfers, card networks, alternative payment methods), settlement processes, cross-border payments, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record - Demonstrated success in improving payment approval rates and optimizing payment performance metrics. PSP/Acquirer collaboration experience - Direct experience negotiating with and managing relationships with payment service providers, acquirers, and banking partners. Data-driven approach - SQL proficiency for independent analysis, experience with payment KPIs and performance optimization. Self-starter mentality - Proactive in identifying opportunities, researching solutions, and driving initiatives without micromanagement.
