Workload: min. 50% FTE Compensation: up to 230 PLN/h net Start Date: ASAP English and German: C1 Your responsibilities Proven experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), including interface design, mapping, and monitoring. Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-driven mindset. Practical experience in integration scenarios between SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud) and SAP backend systems (ECC, S/4HANA). Knowledge of standard Sales and Service Cloud integration processes (v1; initial experience with v2 is a plus). Ideally, experience in SAP BTP development. Experience in support, issue resolution, and change request implementation. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent communication skills in German (and English). Employer requirements Support ongoing SAP CX integration initiatives in Sales and Service Cloud. Design, implement, and monitor integration interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Analyze business requirements and deliver structured, solution-oriented integration concepts. Ensure smooth connectivity between SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud) and SAP backend systems (ECC, S/4HANA). Contribute to standard integration processes for Sales and Service Cloud (v1, and ideally first exposure to v2). Handle complex incidents and issue resolution that cannot be solved by 1st or 2nd line support. Implement larger changes and change requests within agreed timelines (ranging from weeks to several months). Collaborate closely with technical architects and client stakeholders.
