We are looking for a QA Manual (Strong Middle) In this role, you will test complex systems with multiple integrations, ensuring high quality and reliability. You will work with APIs (Postman, Swagger), SQL queries, and analyze logs to identify root causes of defects. Your experience in mobile testing (Android/iOS) and QA task estimation will help drive efficient testing processes. This is a hybrid position based in Krakow or Warsaw, with on-site work required twice a week. Type of contract: Employment contract (umowa o pracę) What You'll Do Participating in requirements analysis and review Functional and regression tests design and execution Collaborating with the development team, QAs, and team management Creating testing documentation: test cases, checklists Managing defects: investigating, reporting, and tracking them to resolution What We're Looking For 2.5+ years of experience in manual testing of complex systems with numerous integrations. Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate issues efficiently. Experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger) and working with SQL (writing queries, data validation). Hands-on experience with QA task estimation. Experience in mobile and mobile app testing (Android/iOS). Familiarity with the  BrowserStack tool will be an advantage.  Excellent investigation skills for identifying root causes of defects. Experience working with logs (analyzing and troubleshooting). Ability to navigate and understand complex project documentation . Strong skills in defining issues clearly and concisely . Proactive approach to problem-solving and reaching project milestones. Goal-oriented team player . Takes responsibility for tasks and updates on their progress in a timely manner. Effective time management . Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
