Rola: ServiceNow ITOM Technical Business Analyst Poszukujemy osoby, która połączy perspektywę biznesową i techniczną w obszarze IT Operations Management. Będziesz odpowiadać za analizę wymagań, projektowanie rozwiązań w obrębie CMDB, discovery i event management oraz współpracę ze stakeholderami i zespołami technicznymi. Zakres obowiązków: Analiza wymagań biznesowych dotyczących ITOM i CMDB. Projektowanie modeli danych i dbanie o jakość oraz zgodność CMDB z procesami. Przekładanie potrzeb biznesu na rozwiązania techniczne na platformie ServiceNow. Wsparcie inicjatyw związanych z discovery, service mapping i event management. Identyfikacja możliwości automatyzacji i integracji. Prowadzenie warsztatów i dokumentowanie wymagań. Udział w testach (UAT) i działaniach optymalizacyjnych. Wymagane umiejętności: Bardzo dobra znajomość modułów ServiceNow ITOM i CMDB. Doświadczenie w discovery, service mapping i modelowaniu danych. Umiejętność współpracy z zespołami technicznymi i biznesem. Znajomość ITIL/ITOM. Silne kompetencje analityczne i komunikacyjne. Kwalifikacje: Min. 3 lata doświadczenia z ServiceNow (w tym ITOM/CMDB). Praktyka w projektowaniu CMDB oraz zarządzaniu danymi. Certyfikaty ServiceNow (preferowane CIS ITOM/CMDB). Doświadczenie analityczne w środowiskach enterprise.
