About Optio Established in 2018, Optio Incentives combines software and deep expertise to manage equity compensation plans for companies of all sizes. Today, the company manages over 1,000 equity programs worldwide for private and publicly listed clients. Optio simplifies the complexity of employee incentive programs—helping companies stay compliant, manage equity, report costs effectively, and maximize the programs' benefits. About the role We're looking for a mid/senior lever Frontend Developer who can join one of our newest teams. In this team, you'll be a pivotal part of building the technical function that will allow our customers to utilize our software for execution and settlement. You'll help deliver fast, intuitive, and scalable user experiences across our customer-facing applications. You'll primarily use React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and GCP. While your focus will be frontend, you'll also collaborate closely with with full-stack engineers and contribute to our Node.js backend when needed. What you'll do Build great user experiences : Develop and maintain high-quality front-end components using modern frameworks (we use React), bringing clarity and usability to complex equity workflows. Drive front-end architecture : Contribute to design and decision-making around our front-end architecture and development patterns. Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to scope, implement, and iterate on product features. Focus on scalability and performance : Ensure our front-end experiences are performant, accessible, and maintainable as our platform and user base grow. Contribute to developer culture : Share knowledge, give thoughtful code reviews, and participate in shaping a strong and inclusive engineering culture. This is a high impact role in a fast-moving, pragmatic team. We value product thinking, clean architecture, and developer autonomy. Who you are A mid-level or senior front-end developer with 6 years of professional experience. Skilled in building responsive, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces using modern React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and GCP. Comfortable working in a component-based architecture and managing shared design systems or front-end libraries. Curious, proactive, and collaborative — you enjoy learning from others as much as sharing your own knowledge. Familiar with working closely with designers and product teams to solve real user problems. Experience from Fintech is nice to have - whether in banking, trading or blockchain - and you should be comfortable bridging the gap between product and platform.
