Dla międzynarodowego Klienta z branży rozwiązań grzewczych poszukujemy doświadczonego SAP Finance / Controlling Project Leada , który poprowadzi rollout procesów Record-to-Report (R2R) jako część globalnego programu wdrożenia SAP S/4HANA. Nasze oczekiwania Wykształcenie wyższe (administracja, IT, informatyka ekonomiczna lub pokrewne) lub porównywalne doświadczenie praktyczne. Min. 5-letnie doświadczenie w konsultingu, w tym w prowadzeniu projektów z obszaru SAP Finance i Controllingu. Bardzo dobre zdolności analityczne, praktyczne podejście do problemów oraz przedsiębiorczy sposób myślenia. Doświadczenie w pracy z kadrą zarządzającą oraz umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji. Znajomość projektów rollout'owych SAP Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2) i doświadczenie w pracy w zespołach międzynarodowych. Mile widziane Doświadczenie we wdrożeniach najnowszych wersji SAP S/4HANA Finance . Znajomość języka niemieckiego. Kluczowe zadania Prowadzenie rollout'u R2R jako sub-projektu w ramach globalnego programu S/4HANA. Odpowiedzialność za realizację celów projektowych, timeline oraz budżetu. Kierowanie zespołem projektowym zgodnie z ustaloną metodyką oraz w ścisłej współpracy z zespołem i biznesem. Udzielanie wskazówek i wsparcia zespołom IT w zakresie projektowania procesów oraz koncepcji implementacyjnych w obszarze finansów i controllingu w SAP S/4HANA. Współpraca z kadrą kierowniczą oraz praca w środowisku globalnym i międzykulturowym. Definiowanie i przydzielanie zadań rollout'owych w codziennej pracy projektowej.
