Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E-commerce Manager with expertise in DTC.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with a deep understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, and customer retention strategies. You should be a strong communicator and team player, able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Tasks

- Oversee day-to-day operations of our platform (Shopify).

- Manage product listings end-to-end, ensuring compelling descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery.

- Analyze sales data and key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

- Work closely with marketing teams to execute high-impact promotional campaigns.

- Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.

- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers.

- Manage third-party integrations and tools to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a DTC environment.

- Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

- Data-driven mindset with expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid media strategy alignment.

- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
