- As a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Banking Solutions, you will be working for our client, a leader in online banking, supporting the development of cutting-edge digital solutions that improve customer experience and streamline financial processes. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, making a tangible impact on banking innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Łódź-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month).

responsibilities :

- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements
- Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision
- Verify solutions through user acceptance testing and functional testing processes
- Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Support project managers in stakeholder communication and project coordination
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of decisions, changes, and project knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities within business operations
- Translate complex technical insights into understandable business terms
- Ensure proposed solutions adhere to compliance and performance standards
- Provide analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making

requirements-expected :

- Proven experience in business analysis within IT or financial environments spanning at least 4 years
- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and best practices
- Ability to craft clear, comprehensive requirement documentation
- Experience in UAT and functional testing processes
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Basic understanding of APIs, system architecture, and databases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in complex project environments
- Good command of English for technical documentation
