Our client is an international company that is a leader in their field. We are looking for finance professionals to join their SSC structure in Kraków.

Opis stanowiska

- Support and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for plans, forecasts, monthly performance, month-end closings, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making;

- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Business Units teams to analyse financial performance and track key metrics effectively;

- Validate and monitor savings initiatives, providing strategic financial advice to drive continuous improvement;

- Support forecast and planning activities by partnering with SC Finance teams to enhance processes and align goals;

- Offer strategic financial insights to supply chain leadership on significant projects, investments, and operational strategies;

- Mentor and develop junior team members, including interns, by building their capabilities and fostering growth.

Profil kandydata

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a solid foundation in financial principles;

- Over 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in similar roles;

- Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus;

- Excel in numerical and analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail;

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for effective reporting and analysis;

- Exhibit strong project management skills with agility and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork;

- Initiative and ownership, confidently leading projects and tasks within your scope;

- Communicate and present effectively, delivering clear and impactful messages.
