- We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global innovator in fitness and wellness technology. Their mission is to empower people to live fit, strong, long, and happy lives by delivering integrated experiences to millions of members anytime, anywhere.
- As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional team of talented engineers, product managers, and designers. You will shape the technical strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality software while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stack: React, Kotlin/Java, cloud experience, technical leadership experience
- Salary: 30 000 PLN - 38 000 PLN gross on the Contract of Employment
- Working model: Hybrid - 3 days/week from the office

responsibilities :

- Drive technical initiatives to build robust, maintainable, and scalable systems.
- Actively contribute to architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical strategy.
- Balance delivery speed with maintaining code quality and system integrity.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Program Management to deliver roadmap goals.
- Align business and technical priorities, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
- Identify dependencies and proactively remove blockers across teams.

requirements-expected :

- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong skills in Java/Kotlin, React, JavaScript, and cloud.
- Experience delivering production-grade applications and scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and align stakeholders effectively.
- Passion for learning, innovation, and building elegant, high-quality software.
