Production Planner

Production Planner Miejsce pracy: Łaziska Górne Recruitment for We are recruiting for NT Industry Sp. z o.o., a Polish company that is part of the international NT Group from Denmark. NT Industry designs and manufactures industrial solutions and steel structures for clients across Europe. The company provides high-quality products and full technical support for customers in the industrial, port, and heavy machinery sectors. Your responsibilities - Create and enter production orders in the ERP system. - Update and maintain the main production plan (Excel + ERP). - Check if planned production hours match the offer and the technology. - Monitor available production capacity and resources, and adjust schedules when needed. - Confirm delivery dates based on available capacity. - Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Engineering teams. - Analyse production performance, report KPIs, and monitor on-time delivery. - Make sure all data in the ERP system is correct and up to date. Employer requirements - 3–5 years of experience in production planning in an industrial environment. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting). - Good command of English – needed for daily contact with customers and international partners. Optional - Experience in the metal, welding, or heavy industry sector. - APICS CPIM certificate. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
