We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Factory and support end-to-end recruitment processes across Europe. This is your chance to be at the forefront of technological advancements in the telecommunications industry, working on projects that shape the future.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, from back-office support to senior IT&C positions

- Actively source and directly approach candidates , using creative search strategies and modern tools

- Analyze the labor market and recommend optimal channels to reach top talent

- Draft and publish engaging job ads across relevant platforms

- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process

- Partner with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and strategies

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes , preferably within IT or fast-paced setting

- Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search , with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and build trusted partnerships

- Fluent German and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus

- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools

- Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
