ServiceNow Architect – retail project Miejsce pracy: Katowice Technologies we use Expected ITSM ITOM CSM ServiceNow About the project We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join our team of talented professionals who share a deep passion for IT and a relentless focus on delivering outstanding customer experience. In this strategic role, you will own the design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions. You'll play a vital part in shaping the platform's roadmap, guiding development teams, and implementing best practices aligned with ITIL standards and business objectives.
