technologies-expected : SQL about-project : As a Data Transformation Specialist, you will support strategically important Global Programs by providing data as a service. You will drive deliverables from start until completion independently, following the Program planning and roadmap. responsibilities : identifying and engaging with key stakeholders, including technical teams, to ensure the success of your deliverables within the Program driving and supporting the intake for Data scope and deployment plan of the Program for the relevant area (e.g., Data Migration, Data Governance, Data Cleansing, etc.) providing high-quality and timely analysis focusing on technical aspects, coordinating Change Impact Assessment for the proposed changes towards the target state reporting deviations in technical deliverables and ensuring corrective actions are identified, implemented, and monitored effectively designing, validating, testing the target design, ensuring signoff and approvals within the correct governance bodies of the Program, but also within the relevant DMO teams where applicable aligning technical topics across relevant other DMO teams, Global Process and Data Owners, and other counterparts, finding synergies, efficiencies, and opportunities for harmonization where possible contributing to change management activities from a technical data perspective, ensuring alignment with technical standards and guidelines acting as data SME for the topics/areas that you cover, sharing information and providing knowledge transfers to peers across Organization securing that all work is documented in a timely manner, standard in line with blueprint methodology contributing to end-to-end planning of technical deliverables, monitoring progress, and reporting risks, interdependencies, issues, and blockers to the Program's track lead monitoring the delivery of technical components against plans and objectives periodically (weekly and, where necessary, daily) creating and providing training for data-related topics to all relevant stakeholders resolving any process and data issues for the Program in a timely manner, developing and executing root cause remediation strategies for data issues coaching the more junior members of the team to support the team's growth in the expertise of Data Management requirements-expected : university BSc Business Degree/ Management Information Systems/ Computer or Information Science, or actual work experience in a related discipline 4-5 years of experience in Program/Project Management 4-5 years of experience in Data Management and Change Management 4-5 years of experience in a Global/Regional role in a large size complex Organization, ideally within a Data area experience with Master Data ability to read and understand SQL queries experience in a support role for data and process improvement initiatives, supporting setting up data strategies and policies, participating in mapping out data management processes, preparing training materials, training users familiarity and operational experience with IT systems such as SAP, JDE, Navision, MDM tools, various Dashboards, a basic understanding of the interface between systems experience in stakeholder management, ability to collaborate and influence without authority across multiple levels of an organization good presentation skills (including material preparation) ability to navigate ambiguity problem-solving and leadership mindset experience in FMCG Industry is an advantage knowledge of SAP BODS is an advantage offered : Hybrid ways of working Private medical healthcare Attractive performance bonus Sodexo pre-paid card Life insurance Employee referral program Wide range of trainings Local and global job opportunities within HEINEKEN Parking space Open bar once a week We are ACCA Approved Employer benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance remote work opportunities integration events corporate sports team parking space for employees extra social benefits pre-paid cards christmas gifts employee referral program charity initiatives flexible work from home scheme after pandemic/lockdown open bar on Fridays
