Your responsibilities taking part in ServiceNow administration and development activities; maintains ServiceNow support processes and checks that all requests for support are deal with according to agreed procedures; working directly with the client; administering ServiceNow instances; manage upgrade planning and execution; creating and updating documentation and procedures. Our requirements master's, engineer's, or bachelor's degree; 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform, process consultancy and implementation; ServiceNow System Administration certificate is welcome; professional knowledge of relational databases; basic knowledge on any kind of ITSM/CMDB/SELF-SERVICE corporate tools; understanding of core ITSM and at least 2 additional ServiceNow modules/features (e.g. Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, Orchestration); understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, SCP, FTPS, JSON; good written and verbal communication skills (C1 English).
