Java Tech Lead Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Technologies we use Expected Java About the project We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Tech Lead to join an international team. Location: Remote Contract type: B2B Availability: ASAP Your responsibilities Lead and manage a distributed international team of 10–12 developers. Oversee technical design, architecture, and coding standards within the project. Drive integration with legacy and external systems. Ensure high-quality code, best engineering practices, and efficient team communication. Mentor and support developers in their technical growth. Our requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including proven leadership experience (Tech Lead / Team Lead). Strong expertise in Java (preferably version 11 or higher). Proven experience in leading development teams, ideally in a distributed or international environment. Solid knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, REST APIs, Spring Framework / Spring Boot. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (architects, developers, clients). Fluent English – required for daily international collaboration Optional Background in banking or fintech projects. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) DevOps technical awareness is a plus. Experience in legacy system integration.
