Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Lokalizacja: Warszawa, ul. Burakowska 14 (Rondo Radosława)
Branża: retail
Rodzaj umowy: kontrakt (B2B przez Hays Poland)
Współpraca: pierwszy kontrakt na 12 miesięcy, z możliwością przedłużenia
Stawka: 100-120 PLN/h netto + VAT
Start date: ASAP
Godziny pracy: business hours
Praca zdalna: praca w modelu hybrydowym 2 dni w biurze, 3 dni zdalnie

Opis roli:
Do obszaru Supply Chain poszukujemy Project Managera do realizacji projektów związanych z narzędziami wspierającymi procesy z obszaru łańcucha dostaw (są to np. rozwiązania wspierające: prognozowanie popytu/niezatratowania, automatyzacje pracy w magazynie centralnym, wymiana narzędzi wykorzystywanych w procesach logistycznych w sklepach itp.)

Czym będziesz się zajmował:

- Planowanie i prowadzenie projektów IT w oparciu o przyjęte Zasady Zarządzania Projektami, od momentu ich zainicjowania do zakończenia
- Analizowanie potrzeb w zakresie wdrażanych rozwiązań
- Zarządzanie zespołem projektowym, budżetem, harmonogramem oraz ryzykami
- Współpraca z obszarami biznesowymi i technicznymi, w tym współpraca międzynarodowa z partnerami we Francji
- Bieżące raportowanie postępów prac oraz dostarczanie informacji zarządczej będącej podstawą do podejmowania decyzji
- Dbanie o prawidłowy przepływ informacji w Projekcie oraz efektywną komunikację w ramach organizacji
- Dbanie o jakość produktów prac oraz wytwarzaną dokumentację projektową

Czego oczekujemy:
- Minimum 4-5 lat doświadczenia w roli IT Project Managera w obszarze logistyki/łańcucha dostaw (np. systemy ERP, WMS, TMS, itp.)
- Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu narzędzi/rozwiązań wspierających procesy z obszaru łańcucha dostaw (np. rozwiązania wspierające prognozowanie popytu/niezatratowania, automatyzacje pracy w magazynie centralnym, wymiana narzędzi wykorzystywanych w procesach logistycznych w sklepach itp.)
- Doświadczenie w realizacji projektów w środowisku międzynarodowym
- Znajomość metodyk zarządzania projektami (zarówno Waterfall i Agile) oraz narzędzi wspierających zarządzanie projektami
- Doświadczenie w pracy z zespołami interdyscyplinarnymi oraz zewnętrznymi dostawcami technologii
- Zacięcie analityczne, chęć merytorycznego poznania zagadnień, aktywny udział w analizie biznesowej
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz zarządzania kilkoma projektami jednocześnie
- Znajomość procesów biznesowych w obszarze logistyki mile widziana
- Doświadczenie w branży retail mile widziane
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: Informatyka, Zarządzanie, Finanse, Logistyka
- Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
