We have over 9 years of experience in the healthcare field.  We are currently looking for people for our second product, Laser AI - The literature review tool that helps our clients make evidence-based decisions effectively. You're hired:) We're Looking For Somebody who: Has a genuine passion for creating exceptional user experiences and exploring new technologies — you should truly enjoy what you do. Has experience in SaaS or enterprise tool design and is interested in solving complex design problems. Has the ability to justify your design decisions and a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback. Is proficient in English, with strong communication skills for writing precise specifications and delivering clear presentations. Has a strong interest in accessibility and inclusive design principles. Has experience with UX research methodologies and applying insights to drive design decisions. Ideally, has experience designing for SaaS or enterprise tools. Is fluent in Figma and familiar with design systems and prototyping. Bonus points : previous experience in healthcare-related projects. Formal requirements: min. 2 year of experience in product design min. bachelor degree in design, IT or similar field (post-graduate education is also acceptable) the candidate already lives in Poland and can be formally employed here (UoP) What We Offer: A fully remote or hybrid position (we have an office in Kraków).
