We are looking for a business-oriented professional who can build a compelling solution portfolio and proactively promote both our offerings and SAP's products. Your responsibilities develop and maintain our SAP solutions portfolio enhanced with AI capabilities; create and manage solution offerings and actively promote them to clients – covering both Capgemini's solutions and SAP's ready-made products; collaborate with business and technical teams to define solution architecture and integration strategies; support transformation projects based on S/4HANA and modern cloud platforms; monitor SAP and AI market trends and propose innovative, value-driven solutions for clients. Our requirements proven experience in SAP projects as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or similar role, with strong business understanding and ability to engage with clients; solid knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA; understanding of AI capabilities in the SAP context and willingness to grow in this area; ability to create compelling offerings and presentations for clients – a strong sales DNA is highly desirable; excellent command of English (German is a plus). Optional experience working with SAP's AI-driven solutions (e.g., SAP Joule); familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); creativity and a proactive approach to innovation.
