Your responsibilities

- Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies
- Coordinate larger, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area
- Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members
- Act as a team leader, Product Owner, a Scrum Master or business architect as needed by the project
- Supervise analytical works across multiple teams on a project
- Build lasting relationships with the clients’ key personnel and leadership
- Work closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis
- Lead your own area in the company, supported by an experienced supervisor
- Support B2B sales activities

Our requirements

- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environment
- Understanding how insurance companies or banks work, having comprehensive, in-depth understanding of relevant processes and business models
- Experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
- To be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems
- To ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skills
- Ability to demonstrate team management skills and take responsibility for team results
- Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis
- At least a bachelor’s degree
- Great command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers

Optional

- Experience working in implementation-related or strategic consulting, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance
- Ability to build lasting and positive relationships with the client stakeholders and C-Level representatives
- Good knowledge of German or French
- While having the main office in Warsaw, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time
