Main Responsibilities Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements. Drive change initiatives focusing on alignment with target state. Enhance application robustness and quality. Deliver projects according to scope, standards, quality, and timelines. Stay updated with developments and best practices in the field. Facilitate agile collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Provide guidance, coaching, and reviews to maximize customer value. Contribute to innovation and modernization of the application portfolio. Key Requirements Strong requirements analysis skills. Professional business and data modelling skills. Knowledge of Enterprise architecture. Superior conceptual thinking abilities. Good understanding of business knowledge and banking. Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Understanding of complex system architectures and communication methods. Nice to Have Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem.
