Contribute to cutting-edge project work that enhances security, automation, and user support across the organization, paving the way for digital transformation and smarter workflows. Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day / week from the office). Your responsibilities Collaborate with support teams and developers to implement and support AI services within M365. Document activities, share knowledge, and maintain comprehensive records for ongoing support and development. Configure and support secure AI services in the PZU Group Cloud, aligned with global administrators. Track and communicate updates in AI services, ensuring organizational awareness and compliance. Develop straightforward Copilot agents in Teams and Copilot Studio to improve user productivity. Assist in optimizing security and compliance features like MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP within M365. Support and advise users on Microsoft Copilot functionalities and integration efforts. Our requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, including operations within M365 services and user support. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API, Graph Explorer, and executing basic queries. Familiarity with core M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive. Understanding of security, compliance, and governance principles such as MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP. Basic scripting skills with PowerShell for managing M365 services and resources. Knowledge of creating low-complexity applications in Power Apps and automations with Power Automate. Optional Certifications like MS-900, PL-900, or AI-900. Experience developing chatbots or virtual assistants for user support. Basic scripting or development skills in Power Platform.
