For our client, a multinational technology company and a global leader operating in the fields of automation, electrification, and digital transformation , we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Fullstack Engineer (Java/React). Work mode: remote Compensation: 140-160 PLN/h net Contract type: B2B Start Date: ASAP (January) Cooperation: Initial contract for 12 months (planned for 5 years) English: B2 Description: Model Based Engineering project. Project focuses on managing user requirements for PCB designs. Long term project (5 years), independent, new solution (new codebase). Who are we looking for? A Java Fullstack Developer who can independently deliver functionality covering both backend and frontend. Responsibilities: Collaboration with scrum team and organization Participation in requirements adjustments Implementation according to the requirements Participation in code review Participation in tests development Quality assurance (participation in feature validation, regression test creation, i.e. unit tests, integration tests) New feature description (internal documentation) Must Have: Frontend - React, TypeScript, Redux, RxJS Backend - Java 17, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, JUnit Other technologies – Docker, Gitlab CI, Active MQ, Playwright Technology stack and project infrastructure overview: New Feature Development - 90% Maintenance - 0% Documentation - 5% Meetings - 5% Pair Programming - Yes Integration tests - Yes Unit tests - Yes Agile management - Scrum/Kanban Issue tracking tool - Jira & Agility Knowledge database - Confluence Code reviews - Gitlab Version Control System - Git Build server - Gitlab Tools - IntelliJ What We Offer: A quick recruitment process Standard benefits including preferential rates for LuxMed, Multisport, and life insurance packages The chance for long-term cooperation on projects for top players in numerous sectors Opportunities for future assignments with other leading clients through Hays What will the recruitment process look like: Your CV will be verified by a Hays Recruiter The recruiter will contact you by phone – a 15-minute conversation about the project and your experience Meeting with the client – 1 stage, 2,5h (2h live coding, 0,5h soft skills) Offer Welcome to the project Hays Poland sp. z o.o. is an employment agency registered in a registry kept by Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under the number 361.
