- Several years of IT experience, both as an Architect and Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Domain Driven Design
- Experience with Java and Spring
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, e.g., Sonar, GitHub
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and technical skills
- Ability to assess the financial impact of solution architecture alternatives
- Fluent both in Polish and English - at least C1
