About the Team At our core, we build complex, large-scale distributed systems that orchestrate the end-to-end real estate transaction lifecycle for customers. As an engineer on this team, you'll tackle game-changing products and help shape our foundational cloud computing platform that's revolutionizing the real estate industry. We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer who can lead significant projects and guide architectural design across teams. A successful candidate brings deep technical expertise and hands-on experience with modern practices and tools, and is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to design and build solutions for infrastructure, applications, and processes. Here's what you'll be up to: Contribute to planning strategy by bringing business and industry insights to technical decisions Solve tough problems that few can tackle, either hands-on or by orchestrating collaborative , large-scale efforts Create software that is robust in the presence of failures; it's scalable , and cost-effective Lead with exemplary coding practices: code organization, clarity, simplicity, error handling, and documentation Break down complex challenges into straightforward solutions Develop code for significant , critical , or demanding software Align teams toward coherent architectural strategies Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing new technical insights and best practices with peers We're looking for someone who has: 7 years of commercial experience as a Software Development Engineer 7 years of programming experience with at least one modern programing languages (Go, Python, Ruby, Python, C/C++) 3 years of experience contributing to architecture and design of new and concurrent, low latency systems (including Kafka and ML pipelines ) Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, MySql), DataStores (ElasticSearch, Redis) A strong background in app performance , monitoring, and optimization Experience with tooling and building pipelines on modern CI platforms Experience working with public cloud providers ( AWS / GCP) Solid Computer Science fundamentals , including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design A self-starter mentality with an operational focus - a natural problem-solver Here's the Deal: Work in the city center in a fun, non-corporate environment Competitive compensation package that includes - a monthly base salary from 28k PLN to 36k PLN , plus RSUs and annual bonus Choose the contract type that suits you best ( employment or B2B ) Enjoy 26 days of paid holiday on a B2B contract Private medical healthcare MultiKafeteria perks for sports, movies, and shopping vouchers
