Your typical week will consist of: 70% - coding 10% - code reviews 20% - meetings (standups, project kick-offs, retros, dev meetings) Our tech stack: Backend: PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis Frontend: Vue, Vite, Tailwind, Twig, SCSS, Jest, Puppeteer Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, CI/CD using GitHub Actions, CDN in Fastly, Nginx, Elasticsearch + Fluentd + Kibana + Grafana stack for monitoring, AWS WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK Competitive salary: 18,000 - 24,000 PLN on a B2B contract Flexible working hours 24 paid days off & all bank holidays to support your work-life balance Day off on your birthday Access to private healthcare Growth budget for books and courses A choice to work 100% remotely or, if you prefer, from our office in Kraków, Poland As a part of the events industry, we are all about parties We work, we achieve our goals, and we don't forget about celebrating our successes- every quarter we gather in Kraków to see each other in person and have fun together WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Expert-level knowledge of PHP (we use the latest stable version: PHP 8.3) - 4+ years of experience A constant learner mindset – passionate about IT, actively acquiring new knowledge, and staying up to date with the latest advancements in the software industry Strong sense of ownership – you'll deploy to production in your first week Solid code organization skills – familiarity with concepts like SOLID, design patterns, Clean Code, Domain-Driven Design, etc. Commitment to software development best practices, including Test-Driven Development, Trunk-Based Development/Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment, as well as Agile, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code Experience working with frameworks (we're using Laravel 10) Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Polish (C2) Open-minded and adaptable – ready to challenge and evolve outdated practices High engagement with projects – willing to push back on unrealistic ideas and demand excellence from yourself and others Desirable: Leadership experience We are Tagvenue - a global online marketplace for venue hire.
