Here's what you'll be up to: Ship features that drive real impact —no fluff, just meaningful contributions that move the business forward Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose Contribute to architectural decisions for our mobile platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences Optimize app performance, focusing on responsiveness, resource efficiency, and offline capabilities Implement best-in-class coding practices, including clean architecture, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with other engineers to drive technical excellence and knowledge sharing Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging mobile technologies, sharing insights with peers Ensure a high standard of accessibility, usability, and design consistency across all mobile products We're looking for someone who has: 5 years of professional experience in Android development Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK with deep knowledge of Android frameworks (ViewModel, LiveData, Coroutines, etc.) Experience in building and scaling mobile applications with MVVM, MVI, or other architecture patterns Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for seamless backend integration A solid understanding of memory management, performance optimization, and threading (Coroutines, RxJava) Familiarity with unit testing (JUnit, Espresso), UI testing, and CI/CD pipeline automation Experience with tooling like Firebase, Crashlytics, and cloud-based analytics A deep understanding of Material Design guidelines and best practices for accessibility and UX Experience working with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Firebase) Strong problem-solving skills, a self-starter mentality , and a bias for action over analysis paralysis Ability to prioritize impact over process and move quickly without sacrificing quality Here's the Deal: Work in the city center in a fun, non-corporate environment Competitive compensation package that includes - a monthly base salary from 25k PLN to 32k PLN , plus RSUs and annual bonus Choose the contract type that suits you best ( employment or B2B ) Enjoy 26 days of paid holiday on a B2B contract Private medical healthcare MultiKafeteria perks for sports, movies, and shopping vouchers
