We're a software house passionate about building solutions that change how our clients use data and artificial intelligence. For over 9 years, we've been developing innovative AI-driven products such as InfraSenses and SolarSpy — not just using ready-made tools, but also building machine learning models from scratch. For our Client in the insurance industry, we are looking for a Techno-Functional Architect to join a GenAI Delivery Pod responsible for developing automation and AI-driven solutions across areas such as Underwriting, Claims, and Operations. The person in this role will combine business understanding with technical expertise, ensuring that implemented GenAI solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business teams to understand processes and identify GenAI use cases Translate business needs into technical designs and solution architecture Partner with AI/ML engineers, developers, and QA teams to build and validate GenAI solutions Define workflows, integrations, and automation logic using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or similar Ensure solutions follow best practices for data security, privacy, and performance Support pilots, demos, and business validations for deployed solutions Act as the bridge between AI/digital teams and business for technical clarifications and improvements What We're Looking For: 8–12 years of total experience in solution design, business analysis, or architecture roles Strong understanding of insurance processes (Underwriting, Claims, or Policy Servicing) Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies such as chatbots, NLP, or LLM-based solutions Familiarity with workflow tools (n8n, Power Automate, etc.) and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP) Ability to create documentation (BRDs, functional specs, solution flows) Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and business stakeholders Good to Have: Knowledge of prompt engineering or RAG-based GenAI solutions Understanding of data validation and AI governance Experience in low-code/no-code environments What You'll Get: Opportunity to shape GenAI adoption across the enterprise Work closely with cross-functional AI and digital teams Exposure to real insurance workflows and next-gen automation tools What We Offer: The opportunity to design and implement GenAI-driven solutions shaping the future of insurance processes A key role in connecting business needs with advanced AI technologies within a dynamic, cross-functional team Direct collaboration with business stakeholders and AI engineers on real-world automation initiatives A training budget to support your technical and professional development Private medical care and co-financing of a sports card Flexible working hours and the option to work fully remotely
