Payroll Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE In the role of Payroll Analyst, you will be working together with a team of professionals, supporting the payroll processes for 34 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, focus on Polish market. WHAT WILL YOU DO: Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow's external partners by collecting, checking, reconciling, and processing payroll input data. Ensure the accuracy of payroll data. Provide the external vendors with input and instructions. Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner. Prepare reports for HR and Finance. Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor. Collaborate closely with various departments across the company. Participate in payroll-related projects. WHO YOU ARE: You have at least 1 year of experience in payroll. You pay attention to detail. You have strong MS Office literacy (especially MS Excel and Outlook) You understand how to work with confidential data. You feel comfortable working with tight deadlines.
