Industry: Banking Location: Warsaw (hybrid - 2 x week in the office) Contract: B2B Rate: up to 130 pln net/h The purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring that business strategies and objectives are clearly translated into functional requirements for system development. The role aims to enhance project outcomes by facilitating effective communication and technical understanding. This role requires a collaborative approach in documenting business strategies and ensuring proper implementation of technical requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies and objectives. Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team. Prepare and manage functional and non-functional requirements for Java/C++ applications. Liaise with IT developers, architects, and other technical staff to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders. Provide training and support to business users to ensure successful implementation. Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions. REQUIREMENTS: 5-8 years of experience in IT or business areas. Experience in the banking and financial services industry, especially in consumer card services. Strong understanding of the cards domain. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) . Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers. Basic understanding of architecture concepts (microservices, event-driven design). Background in data mapping and migration. Hands-on experience with SQL. Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies (experience with UML standards required). Experience with SAFe/agile methodology and agile teams in the role of the analyst. Experience in Test-Driven Development and are adept at using the system development life cycle in your daily work. Experience working with UML. Enjoy working in an international environment.
