Your tasks

- responsibility for the entire procurement CAPEX process, including selecting and contracting suppliers for technical components, machinery and infrastructure needs
- selection of new suppliers ensuring cost, quality and delivery reliability
- conduct negotiations, manage supplier relationships and monitor their performance
- responsibility for planning and coordinating procurement activities
- maintaining accurate records of purchases, prices and resolving any issues with suppliers and deliveries
- control and optimize costs within the procurement process
- create reports on purchasing activities and results and analyze industry trends
- following company policies and procedures
- cooperation with other departments

What we expect

- higher technical education (Engineer title is a must)
- experience in similar projects and in purchasing goods and technical services
- fluent in both English and Polish
- strong understanding of technical specifications and requirements
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- motivation to work, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- willingness to travel on business
