You will be responsible for maintaining the operational stability, integrity, and availability of batch processes on mainframe environments, ensuring compliance with service management standards. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive automation, monitor performance, and manage incidents to guarantee high-quality, resilient software operations, while continuously improving workflows to meet business demands and customer expectations.
