Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Software Factory Architect (SOFA ARCH)
Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultation and guidance in software engineering and architecture domains Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, project teams, and senior management Design, establish, and continuously improve software development lifecycle processes and engineering practices Review and recommend end-to-end software solution architectures for complex and large-scale projects Define and drive the engineering vision across the software factory to support strategic business objectives Establish architecture standards, reference architectures, governance principles, and engineering best practices Ensure consistency, interoperability, and alignment of solution architectures across the enterprise Evaluate technical risks and provide recommendations to support informed architectural and technology decisions Support the adoption of cloud-native, DevSecOps, and modern software engineering practices Collaborate with architects, development teams, and technical leaders to ensure architectural compliance and quality Promote technical excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and architectural leadership Contribute to the definition of technology roadmaps and long-term architecture strategies Facilitate effective communication of architectural decisions, standards, and technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Minimum 7 level of
education:
Master's degree English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam Possession of at least 2 internationally recognized certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), or accepted equivalent certifications Knowledge of software architecture design for complex, distributed systems Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale and cloud-native architectures Hands-on experience with backend and/or frontend development using technologies such as .
NET, JavaScript or TypeScript Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD strategy, platform design, container technologies, orchestration, and platform engineering concepts Proven ability to act as a technical leader and influence teams without direct managerial authority Ability to define and communicate architecture vision and technical strategy Ability to evaluate technical risks and make high-impact architectural decisions Experience in mentoring senior engineers, development leads, technical leaders, and architects Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities Strong understanding of software architecture styles and patterns Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services Experience in modelling systems using ArchiMate notation Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
