Service Owner (Data Center, Cloud & AI Infrastructure Services) Miejsce pracy: Łódź Your responsibilities MakoLab DC and Cloud BU delivers services to clients worldwide, combining on-premise infrastructure with public cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) The Service Owner is accountable for the strategic, commercial, and operational success of this service group. They design, implement, and oversee the delivery structure, ensuring that responsibilities, reporting lines, and processes are clear. The Service Owner cooperates on a daily basis with other Business Units and Delivery Teams in creating, planning, and implementing the Technology and Go To Market Strategy Understanding market trends and defining, maintaining, and evolving the services portfolio (Data Center/Cloud/DevOps/AI Infrastructure) that meet clients future demands Identifying market opportunities and supporting sales in pre-sales meetings, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and solution tailoring Scouting and piloting emerging technologies relevant to data center and AI infrastructure services.
